CPR Part 6 — Civil Procedure Rules

Serving documents is not simply about delivery.

We are instructed by solicitors, insolvency practitioners, debt recovery teams and corporate creditors. Our process serving operations are conducted with precision, documentation and a clear understanding of the procedural rules that govern valid service.

Process serving is the formal mechanism by which legal documents are delivered to parties in civil and commercial proceedings. When documents carry legal consequence — the commencement of insolvency proceedings, the initiation of litigation, or statutory deadlines — their delivery cannot be casual.
